We just read above that dairy and dairy-related products can trigger sinus but at the same time if you consume warm milk with added turmeric it is the best combination to cure flu or any other kind of inflammation. 

Turmeric is an ingredient used in every household as it helps in killing bacteria.

Similarly, milk has immunity-boosting enzymes and together they work wonders for your body.

Herbal Tea / Kadha
