- Keep your groin and vaginal area moisture free as far as possible. Do not let sweat accumulate. Trim your private hair short if required
- Washing your underwear with warm water and drying it completely before use. Bathe twice daily and wash your vaginal area with plain water.
- Wear loose fitting clothes so that there is sufficient air circulation in your vaginal area. When you wear tight clothes you sweat more thereby creating an ideal environment for yeast to grow and multiply.
- Limit your intake of sugar and alcohol since yeast thrives on these.

- Beverages such as fruit punch, caffeinated teas and drinks, sodas, colas, sweetened fruit juice, sugared drinks, coffee

- Peanuts and peanut butter, pistachios
- Meats such as red meat and pork, sandwich meats, salami, bologna, hot dogs and sausage
- White flour bread and products such as hamburger buns and hot dog buns, soda crackers and others, breadsticks, breadcrumb coating.

Get Rid Of Yeast Infections With Iron, Vitamin B And Selenium Supplementation
Studies show that anaemia and iron deficiency are precursors to yeast growth. A good source of iron is the liver. You can also supplement by taking chelated iron that the body absorbs easily, avoid the ferrous sulfate form of iron since it causes constipation. A woman needs about 8mg of additional iron daily to avoid iron deficiency.
Low levels of vitamin B12 and folic acid, which is also a B vitamin leads to the iron deficiency in the body. Selenium is also a very powerful antioxidant that will boost the immune system.
